How do I reset my AESDirect password or administrator code?

To reset your AESDirect password or administrator code, fax a request on company letterhead to AESDirect at (301) 562-7795. The Account Administrator for your AESDirect account must sign this request. Please include the following information:

  • Indicate that you wish to have your account reset
  • Company Name
  • Company ID Number (EIN, SSN, or DUNS)
  • AESDirect Username
  • Administrator Name

Once we have received your fax, AESDirect customer support will contact your Account Administrator at the phone number or email address on record to confirm and complete your request. If the Account Administrator has left the company, please follow the procedure to change the Account Administrator as listed online in the AESDirect Support Center.
