How do I change the Account Administrator on my AESDirect account?

To change your AESDirect account administrator, please fax a request on your company's letterhead to AESDirect to (301) 562-7795.

The administrator currently on file with AESDirect or a company officer must sign the request.

Please include the following information:

  • Indicate that you wish to change your administrator
  • Company Name
  • Company ID Number (EIN, SSN, or DUNS)
  • AESDirect Username
  • The new administrator information:
    • Name
    • Phone Number
    • Fax Number
    • E-mail Address
    • Mailing Address
    • Signature & Title of the person requesting the change

This information should be faxed to (301) 562-7795. Once we have received your fax, an AESDirect representative will contact you to confirm and complete your request.
